A live cohort for practitioners & coaches
You know your work cold.
Almost no one hears it.
Finally, they will.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll build the same AI content system I run for my own practice — your research feed, your voice, your quality gate — alongside me and a small group of practitioners. Not a course you watch. A system you leave with, running.
The problem
Great in the room. Invisible everywhere else.
Here is what actually happens to a practitioner with real clinical depth and no engine behind them:
You trade hours for dollars. When you stop treating, the income stops.
You watch practitioners with a fraction of your training out-post you, out-reach you, out-earn you — because they built distribution and you built expertise.
You know you “should be doing content.” So you post inconsistently, in a voice that doesn’t sound like you, and it goes nowhere. Then you feel worse than before you started.
Every consult, you explain the same mechanism for the fortieth time — knowing that if the explanation could live somewhere outside your mouth, you’d have your evenings back.
The gap was never your knowledge. The gap is that your knowledge has no delivery mechanism except your physical presence.
What this is
A system you build once and own outright.
One live 90-minute session per week, for six weeks, in a group of eight. Each session, you build a working piece of your own system with your hands on it — and between sessions, the build steps are short and specific. Nothing that eats your evenings.
By the end, you have:
- A weekly research engine wired to the sources that matter in your field
- Content generated in your calibrated voice — from a spec extracted from your actual writing, not a self-description
- A drift-proof quality gate that scores every piece against your voice before it ships, and kills what doesn’t pass
- Real attribution, so you know what worked instead of guessing
- An approval flow, so nothing posts without you — and the system runs without you writing every post yourself
It runs on your accounts, on your computer. Yours to keep. No monthly fee to me.
Not a course you abandon
We build it together, live. You don’t watch alone and quietly drop off in week two — the group and the deadline are the point.
Not “AI writes everything”
It sounds like you because we train it on you. The voice spec comes from your best writing, and the quality gate keeps it from drifting into generic.
Not technical
If you can follow a recipe, you can do this. No coding. I couldn’t write a line of code when I built mine, and I still can’t, really.
“I’m not an agency. I’m a practitioner who built an AI content system to run my own health business — and now I set it up for a few others like me. You keep your voice. It runs itself. I stay in your field.”
Week by week
Six sessions. Each one ships a working piece.
The System & The Strategy
What the engine is end-to-end, why the generic version fails, and why personalization is the moat — the empty middle between $99 tools and $15k agencies. You leave with accounts set up and your build target named.
Your Voice Spec (the part only you can do)
Why AI voice fails without a baseline. We extract your voice rules from your best real writing — the same way clinical intake works: evidence, not self-description. You draft your spec and banned-phrase list live.
The Research & Content Engine
Wire your weekly research sweep to 5–10 sources you’d actually read, then generate your first drafts against your own spec — and gut-check them together.
The Quality Gate (why yours won’t drift)
The difference between AI that saves you time and AI that quietly wrecks your credibility. You install a grader that scores every piece against your spec before it ships and kills anything below the bar — then watch it catch a decoy generic post.
Distribution & Attribution
Connect a platform, schedule your first approved piece, and set up the weekly report that tells you what posted, what performed, and what converted — attributed, not guessed.
Autonomy & The Experiment Loop
Your approval queue becomes your control panel. The system learns to propose its own experiments — and kill its own failures. You leave with it running, and able to keep building without me.
Every session is recorded, so you can rewatch. And you get personal feedback from me on the two hardest parts — your voice spec and your grader. That’s why it’s eight seats and not eighty.
Who’s teaching
A clinician who built her own — not an agency selling you theirs.
I’m Brie Wieselman — a licensed clinician with 27 years in practice, and the builder of the system you’ll build in this cohort.
Eighteen months ago I couldn’t write a line of code. I built a clinical AI platform anyway — one that reads a woman’s labs through functional ranges, remembers her full history, and coaches her through a phased protocol. It runs on my 27 years of practice and just under a thousand real functional-medicine cases. I built it while seeing patients two days a week. No co-founder. No dev team.
Then I built the content engine: a team of small AI workers that each do one job — one researches, one writes, one checks every piece against my voice, one turns it into a post. Together they let one clinician show up online like a company with a marketing department. It has been running my marketing for months. I approve from my phone.
The tools crossed a line in the last two years: the code stopped being the hard part. The hard part went back to being the clinical knowledge — the exact thing you’ve spent your whole career building. That’s why this is teachable now, and why it’s teachable to you specifically.
One moment that made the point
Then I built the content engine you’ll build in this cohort. It has run my own brand’s marketing for months — one idea becoming a week of posts in my voice, published on schedule, without me writing them. That’s the container this cohort builds: your knowledge, working when you’re not in the room.
Seats & terms
Founding rate, honest seat count.
The live cohort
- Format6 weekly live 90-minute sessions, recorded for rewatching
- Seats8 — small on purpose, so I can give personal feedback on your voice spec and your grader
- Between sessionsShort, specific build steps — nothing that eats your evenings
- AccessDirect access to me while you set it up
- Starts[START DATE]
Prefer it built for you instead of with you? I take on one or two done-for-you builds per quarter — same system, my hands instead of yours, personalized to your voice and field. See the done-for-you build.

FAQ
I’m not technical. At all.
Neither was I, and I’m the one who built it. The entire premise of this cohort is that the technical part is now the teachable part. Your clinical judgment is the part that can’t be taught in six weeks — and you already have it. If you can follow a recipe, you can do this. No coding.
I don’t have time. That’s the whole problem.
Six sessions, 90 minutes each, with short and specific steps in between. The system exists specifically to give hours back, not take them. If you can find the six sessions, the thing you build in them is what stops the same explanation from eating your evenings for the next decade.
Is this just going to produce generic AI slop in my name?
No — and this is the part most people get wrong. The problem with AI content isn’t that it’s AI. It’s drift: week one it sounds like you, week six it sounds like everyone, because the errors accumulate quietly and nothing catches them. The fix is a quality gate between generation and posting — a step that scores every piece against a spec of your actual voice and kills anything that drifts. Building that gate, calibrated to you, is the heart of the cohort. It’s the same idea as clinical intake: you’re titrating against a baseline.
What do I actually walk away with?
Your own content system, running on your computer and your accounts — yours to keep, no monthly fee to me. One idea becomes posts adapted for each platform you use, in your voice. A repeatable weekly workflow so being visible stops depending on willpower. And the ability to keep building without me. Not a folder of notes. Something that runs.
Will this replace my clinical work?
It replaces the repetition, not the judgment. The parts of your day that don’t require your years of training — those move into the system. The parts that do stay yours. Nothing posts without your approval; the approval flow is built in from week five.
Does it matter what I practice?
No. Functional medicine, naturopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic, clinical nutrition — the system is the same regardless of modality, because it’s built around your reasoning and your voice, whatever discipline they come from.
Why is the founding rate $1,000?
Because this is the first cohort. I’m refining the teaching with this group, and the group prices accordingly — the rate goes to $1,500 once it’s proven. No countdown timers, no fake scarcity. The seat count is real because the personal feedback is real.
How is this different from hiring an agency or buying an AI tool?
An agency rents you an outcome and keeps the system. A $99 tool gives you the generic version that drifts. This is the empty middle between them: you own the system, it’s calibrated to your voice and your field, and when the cohort ends it keeps running — without a retainer.
